Look Out For Kittens

Cold nights are coming,

and little paws need our help!

While spring is known for being kitten season, the reality is that cats have litters all year long and fall can be a very difficult time for them. The nights are getting cold and cats may not be able to find suitable shelter on their own.

Just this weekend, these these two-week-old kittens were rescued from the cold. They were abandoned by mom and will need to be bottle fed until they are able to eat solid food.

As temperatures drop, cats of all ages are more vulnerable outdoors. Please keep your eyes open for kitties and adult cats who may need help—and don’t hesitate to reach out if you find one in need. Luckily, someone did just that! These two are doing just fine…warm and cozy in their new foster home.

And speaking of fosters, we can always use more foster families to help us socialize rescued kittens and cats until they can be placed in forever homes.
